Re: Can you search by date added ? to fix chipmunks |
Yes, if you pull up your shows via a search (possibly by patron name; I'm not 100% sure how to parse an email address in the search box* to get it to work), you will see an option at right to sort by date added. That will put your fresh uploads at the top.
A better way to sort, for those who have gone back already and rederived some *older* shows while the bug was in effect, may be by updatedate. There is no one-click sort, but here is the form of the url, where you can tweak the email address by hand:
http://www.archive.org/search.php?query=your%40address.org&sort=-%2Fmetadata%2Fupdatedate
BTW as you do the rederives, that counts as an update, so the ones you fix will bounce up to the top of this type of sort.
EDIT: Hm, that sort type is not a perfect solution after all- Ones that have never been updated, theoretically including fresh new-system uploads, sort at the bottom.
*I can't figure out email addresses in the IA's own search box, but when I put them in the Firefox search plugin for IA (Tahir's version), they work great, so I always use that for email-containing queries!

Re: Can you search by date added ? to fix chipmunks |
I've been experimenting a little, and what worked well for me is to search on 'collection is' (since lately I've only been putting up Chucklehead shows), and 'metadata/uploader' = my email address. Then I sorted the results by date added as you suggested.
